DACC Staff Spotlight: Josh Gallagan, Digital Design Instructor
Mr. Gallagan – also known as “G” – has been teaching at DACC for 15 years. Before teaching, Josh was in sales and marketing for the largest private pharmaceutical company in the world and operated his own freelance design firm.
Josh’s favorite teaching moment was when the first group of DACC BPA competitors made it to BPA National Competition in Chicago. “Those students achieved 2nd in the Nation in Web Application Development and we were all hugging and crying after they came off stage. They put so much work into that achievement.”
Josh and his wife of 22 years, Julie, have a daughter, Ella and 2 dogs, a Yorkie named Coco and a Shih-Poo named Chewy. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and just finished his 24th year of coaching high school football.
