Lisa-Marie Reinhart, Career Readiness Coordinator at DACC, won the Career Development Professional Award. This award honors an individual who has made significant contributions to counseling and career development in career and technical education.

Over her 14 years at DACC, Lisa-Marie has been instrumental in helping students explore career pathways. Starting as an Enrollment Coordinator and now as Career Readiness Coordinator, she collaborates with families, business partners, and schools to prepare students for future opportunities.

Her notable initiatives include organizing job fairs, coordinating panel discussions on the future of work, and creating a career exploration video game for middle school students. She also works with United Way to provide scholarships and support for students’ basic needs.

Superintendent Jay Poroda praised Lisa-Marie, saying, "Lisa-Marie's innovative approaches and dedication to student success have left a lasting legacy in Delaware County. She truly embodies the spirit of the Career Development Professional Award."

Maggie Buckley: Teacher Educator of the Year Award
