DACC BW State FFA

The Delaware Area Career Center, in partnership with Big Walnut, is pleased to announce that three of our Future Farmers of America (FFA) members have been awarded the Ohio FFA State Degree. Paris A., Lilly C., and Ella R. have distinguished themselves through their commitment to agriculture, fulfilling the criteria required for this recognition. Their achievement will be formally celebrated at the FFA State Convention in May.

Additionally, Maddy J. has been recognized as one of the top four proficiency finalists in Ohio in the Small Animal Production & Care category. This nomination places Maddy among the top in her field. She is scheduled for an interview in March, with her final ranking to be disclosed during the Ohio FFA State Convention in May.

The FFA is the leading youth organization aimed at developing members’ leadership skills and preparing them for careers in the agriculture industry. Our students' success underscores the FFA program's effectiveness in nurturing future leaders in agriculture. It also reflects the Delaware Area Career Center and Big Walnut's commitment to providing high-quality educational opportunities that align with the needs of the agriculture industry.

Congratulations once again to our students for their outstanding achievements. We are immensely proud of your hard work and dedication.
