Meet Emily Williams, a DACC alumna who's making strides in the healthcare field! Emily, an Olentangy Liberty graduate, completed DACC’s Health Technology program in 2021. She's currently a Patient Care Associate at The James at Ohio State University and a full-time student at OSU’s College of Nursing.
Emily credits DACC’s Health Technology program for giving her a significant head start in her career. “The program not only helped me secure a job in healthcare for practical experience but also provided skills that I actively use in my classes and clinicals. I feel thoroughly prepared for the steps I'm taking towards achieving my career goals,” she shares.
Her advice to current and future DACC students is both inspiring and practical: “The education at DACC is a catalyst for your career. I firmly believe that my experiences at DACC have played a pivotal role in getting me to where I am today. Stay focused and keep working hard towards your aspirations.”
