Send an e-card to a deserving staff member

During the week of May 2nd - 6th, help us send notes of appreciation to our DACC teachers and staff by following these three easy steps:
Click on an e-card template below
Fill out a short survey with your personal message to a DACC staff member
Click submit and we will deliver the message to their inbox. If you submit your e-card before May 2nd, we'll hold on to it & send it on the first day of Staff Appreciation Week.
Choose from one of these e-cards and then personalize it with your name and message.
How do the e-cards work?
When you choose an e-card to send, click the image of the card and you will be directed to a Google form. Fill out your name, the staff member, and your personal message - we'll handle the rest!
When you hit 'Submit,' your e-card will be sent to the staff member and if you provided your email address, you will receive a copy as well.
