Our students have been asked to learn and socialize in a way they never have before. We understand that this isn't easy and can cause anxiety. Below are resources for our students, both for relaxation, mindfulness, and educational resources. Check back often as this list will grow.


Calm Harm App
Calm Harm is an award-winning app developed for teenage mental health charity stem4 by Dr Nihara Krause, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, using the basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

This app is designed to be the easiest, simplest way to maintain a gratitude journal. Write a few things you're grateful for each day and then whenever you need a reminder of the good things in life, you can pull up this app and reflect on your blessings.
