ServSafe Manager

This curriculum of this 16-hour course is designed to prepare students to take the ServSafe Managers test for certification. The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.  

This class will meet four times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-9:00 pm in the DACC Culinary Arts Lab and Classroom.
