The cost of cybercrimes reported by the FBI was 2.7 Billion in 2018.  Many experts predict that cybercrime damage costs will surpass 6 Trillion annually by 2021.

• 62% of businesses experienced phishing and social engineering attacks in 2018
• Data breaches exposed 4.1 billion records in the first half of 2019
• On the average, only 5% of a company’s electronic files are properly protected
• 68% of business leaders feel that their cybersecurity risks are increasing

Business Professionals know that cybersecurity is an issue that they need to address, but where do you start?  This (16) hour course will provide an overview of the current threats facing businesses today and cover strategies for securing your business IT operations.  Students will leave with a plan of action for addressing needs in this area.

This course is available at the DACC Campus, 4565 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015 on selected dates.  It is also available off-campus on a contract basis for business and community groups.
