What: Join us for the grand unveiling of the Construction Technology home. Talk to the Construction Technology Instructor who oversaw all construction and the students who built it.

If you're not interested in purchasing a home, come out anyway and find out what the high school students in your community are capable of accomplishing.

This is the 7th house the DACC Construction class has built and auctioned.

Minimum Bid: $110,000

Open House/Walk Through Dates:
We want to make sure everyone has plenty of opportunities to tour the house, so we are opening up the Construction Technology lab on these dates.

  • Saturday, May 25th, 10am - 2pm

Conditions of Sale:
The sale of the house will take place on June 1, 2013 at 10:01 am at Delaware Area Career Center North Campus.  Immediately following the conclusion of the bidding the highest bidder must deposit with the Treasurer of the Board cash, certified or cashiers check payable to the Board in the amount of $5,000.00 for the personal property as a
security that in the event the bid is accepted by the Board. The payment price for the personal property will be made in accordance with the bid.  The Board reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.

The Board shall not be obligated to sell the personal property until a resolution accepting the highest bid is adopted by the Board.  It is presently anticipated that the Board will
consider and either accept or reject the highest bid at a meeting held on or before June 20, 2013.

The payment involving the purchase and sale of the personal property will be completed on July 9, 2013, at 10:00 am at the Board Office, or on such a date prior thereto, and/or
such other time and/or location as shall be mutually acceptable to purchaser and the Treasurer of the Board (the “closing”).

After the closing and on or before August 10, 2013, the purchaser at the purchaser’s sole risk and expense, will remove, or cause to be removed the personal property from its
present location.
